Sleepy Bub offers standard post to anywhere in Australia for $8.95. Arrival time for standard post can take up to 3-4 working days. Express post is $11.95 and can take from 1-3 working days. For International Shipping we charge a flat rate of $25.00 (or $12.75 for USA and NZ for $11.95). Please allow for up to 15 working days for international post parcels to arrive. Just select your country at the checkout.
For product returns, please contact us through our website. We will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
If you have chosen the incorrect size or product we are happy to provide an exchange so long as it is returned unused, unwashed, and carefully packaged so we receive the product in perfect, saleable condition, including original packaging in good condition, with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase.
For health and safety reasons we do not accept exchanges on garments that have been worn, washed or have had the tags removed.
Very occasionally an item may develop a manufacturers fault or arrive damaged. We commit to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Shipping is not refundable on returns. Sorry we cannot provide a refund for change of mind items or used items.
